As you can see from the design of my Web site, I am passionate about hunting and the outdoors. Ever since I was a little boy, the woods have been my safe haven. But I’m also passionate about many other things. My relationships with my friends and family are the most important things to me. Without them, I would not be who I am today. I am also extremely interested in traveling and exploring. I first felt the itch to travel in July 2008 and so I headed to Western Kenya to complete a volunteer project. When I graduated college the following year, the need to travel was even stronger. I lived and studied in Hamburg, Germany for twelve weeks and then backpacked through seven different countries in Europe. Lastly, I am very enthusiastic about understanding and learning about people and cultures. When I found out my curiosity for people and my creativity could be combined into a profession, I knew account planning was for me.
Recently a graduate of The University of Florida’s Advertising Program and Miami Ad School Europe’s Account Planning Boot Camp, I believe I have what it takes to become a great account planner. Even before I knew what planning was, I was already thinking like a planner. I have always held a collection of relevant insights and cultural touch points within myself, and am also a sound strategic thinker in everything that I do. My interest in people and cultures led me around the world to explore and expand my perspectives.
Currently, I am searching for opportunities to work in account planning throughout the country. The prospect of working with a cutting-edge and innovative agency and creating awesome work is very exciting to me. Ti this point, I’ve been sitting on the sidelines, but now I’m ready for my shot in the big game.
